Imad Abulaban​ is an investment builder who, with vibrant entrepreneurial spirit and absolute commitment to excellence, is spearheading CapitalStone in creating and expanding of its holdings, products and capital base including outsourcing equity and debt financing as well start up capital apart from cultivating investor relations.​

Investing at general partner level, he is leading the group in sponsoring and controlling portfolio valued USD 2 Billion encompassing core and opportunistic investment vehicles for property acquisition and development. Presently, portfolio consists of existing and target assets - underway, acquired, or managed - and focused on owning, developing and operating 11 aesthetically distinctive and strong performing properties situated in 8 cities consisting of mixed-use, technology, industrial and residential.​

Prior to 2007 he founded 2 ventures and, using his acumen, led its businesses grow steadily into a regional thrust embraced with a notable-record of completing legacy projects in excess of USD 4.3 Billion. He earned BSc in civil engineering at UC Berkeley (1979) and MSc in Construction Engineering and Management at UM Ann Arbor (1980), member at ULI, ICSC, PMI as well a frequent sought-after guest speaker at industry events including Cityscape, GRI and MIPIM.
